Payment Methods
1.) PayPal – also without an account via direct debit or credit card
Pay conveniently using your PayPal account. Payment via direct debit or credit card is also possible without a PayPal account.
2.) Payone Credit Card
Pay securely and conveniently with your credit card via our payment provider Payone.
3.) Prepayment
Payment by bank transfer in advance.
4.) Invoice purchase for companies and public institutions

Shipping
Parcel shipping within Germany is carried out via DHL, outside Germany via FedEx. Other countries on request.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping outside Germany (up to 30 kg)
* All prices include VAT. (For deliveries to non-EU countries, the included VAT will be deducted during checkout.)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional import VAT and possibly customs duties may apply. These must be paid by the recipient on site.
For payments via PayPal or credit card before 14:00, shipping takes place on the same business day. Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For prepayment, the delivery period begins one business day after the payment order has been issued.
