This RAM MOUNT camera U-bolt mounting hardware is ideal for rugged mounting on motorcycles or bicycles. The universal camera and camcorder base consists of a 1" diameter rubber ball, connected to a 1/4"-20 camera thread. The male thread matches most standard camera and camcorder female threads found on the bottom of the cameras.
Selection of compatible cameras: Contour GPS / Contour HD, Gobandit GPS-HD, GoPro HD Helmet HERO / HD Motorsports HERO / HD Surf HERO / Helmet HERO Wide / Motorsports HERO / Motorsports HERO Wide / RC HERO / Surf Hero / Wide HERO, and many other cameras.
The RAM MOUNT powder coated marine grade aluminum rail base has a 1" diameter rubber ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail.
This camera U-bolt mounting hardware contains:
· 1x U-bolt rail base (for diameters from 0.5 to 1.25 inches) incl. screws
· 1x medium double socket arm - 3.69 inches (90 mm)
· 1x 1" Ball with 1/4"-20 male threaded post
