Shipping costs for end consumers B2C
Overview of shipping/packaging flat rates and transit times for end customers:
Parcel shipping within Germany is handled by DHL (formerly Deutsche Post), outside of Germany by FedEx. The shipping costs for other shipping companies or countries not listed here are available on request.
Shipping within Germany:
Shipping within Germany (standard package up to 30 kg):
Standard package (duration approx. 1-3 working days) - € 6.95 *
* All prices quoted include VAT.
Shipping outside of Germany (up to 30 kg):
Italy, Austria (duration approx. 2-4 working days) - € 14.90 *
Liechtenstein, Switzerland, (duration approx. 3-5 working days) - € 20.90 *
* All prices quoted include VAT (in the case of deliveries to non-EU countries, the VAT included in the shipping costs will be deducted during the purchase process).
Important note on deliveries to non-EU countries: when the order is imported, the import sales tax and, if applicable, customs duties are due. These fees must be paid by you on site!
Note on delivery times: For delivery within Germany and receipt of payment via PayPal or credit card by 2:00 p.m. A business day means Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In the case of delivery against prepayment, the period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank.
