RMG Diamond-Basis (Trapez) – B-Kugel (1 Zoll) – 2-Loch AMPS – Kompatibel für ITEM, Bosch-Rexroth & MiniTec

This RAM Diamond-Basis ball consists of a B-ball (1“) on an aluminium base in marine quality.
The coated ball joint provides a high-strength connection and vibration damping at the same time.

It is the ideal interface between various industrial profiles from ITEM, Bosch-Rexroth and MiniTec.
In addition, the ball adapter offers a professional solution for mounting sensors, tablets, handhelds, cameras or industrial scanners as well as the extensive range of RAM Mounts holders.

Product dimensions RMG-B-238U-IP:

• RAM Diamond base plate: approx. 62 x 32 x 38 mm
• Hole diameter: approx. 5.2 mm
• Hole spacing (diagonal): 48.56 mm (AMPS* 2-hole grid)
• Weight capacity: standard use up to 0.45 kg / heavy-duty use up to 0.9 kg

Mounting instructions:

• This ball adapter fits all standard M5 sliding blocks.
• Position the sliding blocks at the desired points in the profile.
  We recommend fitting spring-loaded sliding blocks, as these will not slip unintentionally.
• Fit the ball adapter or base plate, insert the two M5 screws and tighten with an Allen key (3 mm).
• Now attach the corresponding connecting arm to the ball adapter and tighten.
• Mount the corresponding end device or bracket at the other end of the connecting arm.
