Service Information Letter - Warranty Policy


All customers who have not purchased a defective RAM® Mounts product from RAM Mounts Germany GmbH should contact the place where they purchased the RAM® Mounts product. The following warranty conditions apply to all RAM® Mounts Germany GmbH customers:

The manufacturer - National Products Inc. - grants a limited lifetime warranty on its products (30 years). The warranty and product liability is limited to RAM® mounts and components. The warranty does not cover any third-party devices that are or have been mounted or attached to a RAM® mount, such as a phone, tablet, GPS, computer, camera or other device. This warranty does not apply to any product or part that has been abused, worn, heated, abraded or otherwise altered, used for any purpose other than its intended use, or used in a manner inconsistent with the instructions for use. Excluded from the limited lifetime warranty are all electronic components and all wear items such as suction feet, foam components and rubber feet or fingers.

All electronic components are guaranteed for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (date of proof of purchase). Corresponding wear items can be purchased from our specialist dealers or in our online store. When ordering and delivering bulk packaging, we would like to point out that scratches (scuffs) may occasionally occur on the parts due to the loose packaging. For this reason, any complaints due to visual defects are excluded in advance!

Important information on warranty processing: 

Please only contact our customer service by e-mail to initiate a repair procedure. RAM® Mounts Germany customers are generally entitled to a free-of-charge defect procedure. Please send a description of the fault or a picture of the defect, the part number of the product, proof of purchase (copy of invoice) together with your contact details:

 Please use the online RMA form!

 You will receive a unique RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and the corresponding shipping instructions. Please note that we will not accept any returns or process any service cases without a unique RMA number! We endeavor to process every service case as promptly and customer-friendly as possible.
